To spread the message of love among the students Chocolate Day was celebrated. Students brought their favorite chocolates and items made by it like biscuits, chocos, etc., and had a great time relishing them with their friends. ‘Make and Eat’ activity, where fruits, nuts, flakes, or breadsticks of their choice dipped in chocolate sauce, was devoured in no time.The joy of celebrating Chocolate Day with their classmates was seen on the gleaming faces as the tiny tots bid goodbye for the day with blissful memories!

PARENTS TEACHER MEET Home / News & Updates / PARENTS TEACHER MEET ‘Great opportunity for parent and teacher to develop a healthy and strong relationship for the holistic development of a child.’ The Parent Teacher Meet is the best way to know the progress of a child. The main objective of the meeting was to create a common platform for the teachers and parents, where they could interact with each other regarding the overall development of the students. It is important for parents to meet with the people responsible for their child’s learning needs. The holistic development of the child is dependent on the hard work of students, parents, and teachers. The Parent-Teacher meeting for Grades I-IX was held on 31st May 2023. The primary objective of our school is to empower the students with twenty-first century skills and such interactions assist in achieving that objective.

SUMMER CAMP

SUMMER CAMP Home / News & Updates / SUMMER CAMP ‘We didn’t realize we were making memories, we just knew we were having fun.’ Kanha Makhan Millennium School, Vrindavan witnessed the fun-filled inauguration of its much awaited SUMMER CAMP where the kids from the School have enrolled themselves to try new things, push our boundaries and accept ourselves.   Day 1 of the camp was filled with vibrancy as mentors and zealous participants immersed themselves in a plethora of activities including sports, calligraphy, art and craft, music, dance, and much more. The summer camp thrill began with full gusto and fervour in the school premises. The camp promises even more thrilling and learning days in upcoming days of the camp. The camp will run from 22.05.2023 to 30.05.2023. Let the journey of learning begins!

MOTHER’S DAY

MOTHER’S DAY Home / News & Updates / MOTHER’S DAY “Mothers hold their children’s hands for a short while, but their hearts forever.” Kanha Makhan Millennium School, the Best School in Vrindavan, celebrated Mother’s Day on Saturday, 13th May 2023 with great enthusiasm. The students of the Grades III to IX, put up a special assembly to honor all the mothers and grandmothers. They sang songs, recited poem and performed dance on the importance of mothers in our lives They also passionately got involved in making badges, satches, photo frames, crowns, beautiful greeting cards for their mothers. The tiny tots came up with new and innovative ideas for their cards, necklace and badges. The outcome of their efforts was marvellous. Each card or badge was special and different in its own way. Ms. Vinay Sharma, Principal, Kanha Makhan Public School, Vrindavan inspired the children to inculcate virtuous deeds and resort to ethical ways that makes the parents happy and contented. She extended her greetings to all educators.

CHESS COMPETITION

CHESS COMPETITION Home / News & Updates / CHESS COMPETITION​ “Chess is a game which helps in the development of the brain and the critical thinking ability.” Kanha Makhan Millennium School, Vrindavan hosted the chess and carroom competition to provide a platform to its students to improve their logical thinking, analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills. The young budding students from Grades 3 to 5 participated in the competition on 9th May 2023. As the day of the Chess and Carroom tournament approached, highly enthusiastic students were all geared up to beat their opponents in nail-biting matches. The students were categorized into 2 groups Grade III-V (boys) and Grade III-V (girls) for Chess and 1 group for Carroom. The students participated with great enthusiasm and showed their focus, ability to strategize and think ahead through their moves. The student’s ability to make strategic openings, choose appropriate tactics and visualize endgames was highly appreciative. In the boy’s category, Kirat of Grade V bagged the first prize followed by Bhav Arora of Grade V runner up. In girl’s category Cauvery R. Lalwani of Grade IV emerged victorious followed by Drishti Goyal of Grade IV runner up. In Carroom, Hardik Khatri of Grade V bagged first prize followed by Manvi Singh of Grade IV runner up. It was indeed quite heart-warming to see the children playing their moves like stalwarts with rapt concentration and collected demeanour.
